Undergraduate researchers are valued members of our team and make meaningful contributions to tool development and data generation. We are committed to providing a high-quality, mentored research experience to highly motivated students.

Due to high interest, our junior and senior research positions are currently at capacity. At this time, we are only accepting applications from freshman and sophomore candidates. We place strong value on peer mentoring, and we are building a training pipeline in which senior students mentor and train incoming freshmen and sophomores.

I am currently recruiting a PhD student to join the lab in 2027 [flyer].

We seek motivated, curious, and collaborative students who are excited about combining molecular genetics, developmental biology, and neuroscience. Prior experience with Drosophila genetics, molecular cloning, or confocal microscopy is a plus but not required.
